RE/MAX Malta, has inaugurated the company’s thirteenth office, namely RE/MAX Blue Harbour in Ta’ Xbiex. The office will be offering both sales and letting of commercial and residential real estate.

Speaking about the opening of the new office, Kevin Buttigieg, CEO of RE/MAX Malta said that “The significance of the opening of this new office is the fact that the franchise owner, Kevin Deguara has been one of the longest standing affiliates who has furthered his career from associate, to manager and today is officially an owner of his own RE/MAX office. RE/MAX Malta has announced that it has teamed up with the Malta Property Expo to offer 75 aspiring real estate professionals the opportunity to enrol in a free course offered to be delivered by the RE/MAX Real Estate Academy.

Pre-selected inductees will attend a six-hour introductory course delivered by Re/Max Malta’s real estate trainer, Paul Vincenti, during the Property Expo to be held between Friday 13 April and 15 April 2012 at the Malta Fairs and Convention Centre in Ta’ Qali.

 Malta first European country to introduce course.

Twenty two RE/MAX Malta real estate agents recently graduated from the RE/MAX Masters Edge training programme and have become certified by Richard Robbins himself.  Malta was the first EuropeanRegion to take up the course and deliver it in Malta with the supervision of Mr. Richard Robbins personally along with James Busuttil, Franchise owner of RE/MAX Central, who delivered the course locally.   Mr. Robbins commented “We are very proud of RE/MAX of Malta being our first European Region to complete the programme and I am looking forward to meeting some of the graduates in Vienna in September”.

RE/MAX Malta recently hosted the RE/MAX Europe Regional Director meeting at the Hilton Malta and an open-to-all introduction to a RE/MAX Career featuring co-founder of RE/MAX Canada and Europe, Walter Schneider as the main speaker.

RE/MAX Malta recently launched their very own recruitment website as part of their joinremaxsiteongoing commitment to recruit, educate and build real estate careers for individuals and real estate agents looking to change their career.  The website, a first of its kind in the real estate Industry, provides an inside look of the benefits and competitive advantage one would receive when joining RE/MAX and representing the company on the local market as a Malta real estate agent.

RE/MAX Malta are looking to recruit an Administrative secretary to fill in a new role at the Regional Office in St. Julian’s.  The person required would have to be a team player, have at least 2 years experience in an administrative role or similar, be computer literate and be competent with Microsoft Office software.


guygalThe role will consist of communicating with our eight administrative secretaries on a daily basis, managing the RE/MAX websites, co-ordinating and managing our internal property management database, managing the company’s Facebook page, Blog and other related websites.  Adequate training will be provided as well as an above average remuneration.
