Eighteen agents complete “Succeed” Mentor training
As part of its commitment to improve the service level standards in the real estate market, RE/MAX Malta announced that Paul Vincenti, international trainer and speaker, has extended his exclusive contract with the real estate company for another 2 years.
Mr Vincenti has been providing training for the real estate market for over 10 years. He has recently succeeded in penetrating the international market where he is providing training to other RE/MAX agents in Italy, England, Turkey and Ireland where he has become a regular keynote speaker at international conventions. Speaking about his agreement with RE/MAX Mr. Vincenti said “RE/MAX is a company that I want to be associated with. They not only take their business seriously but they also invest in research on the market to understand the standard of their service. All this helps to create customised training to improve the levels of service”.
In line with their core ideology, RE/MAX Malta recently commissioned a mystery shopping exercise, where they assessed the standard of their service. The findings of this exercise revealed some short falls however the overall results were encouraging. Re/Max regional director Jeffrey Buttigieg said that, “We understand that it may be impossible to be perfect, however whereas these studies outline our competitive advantages, they also outline where we must improve.” The company gauged the service standards, market knowledge, competence, appearance as well as team effort. “Part of our objective was to improve the standards of the real estate industry and in commissioning such research we are doing just that.” Mr Buttigieg concluded.
Earlier this month the company announced that another eighteen associates completed their foundation course “Succeed” and that another twenty agents have just started the same real estate specific course. The RE/MAX Malta managers have also recently commenced a new training course namely MPIRE (Managing People in Real Estate). The twelve week course has been specifically created for managers in real estate that deal with associates on a daily basis.
Commenting about the RE/MAX Malta training Mr Buttigieg said that “As leaders of the Industry we must grasp the knowledge that we accumulate and offer this to the public and Industry so that the community benefits not only from understanding the advantages of using a real estate agent, but also from a more educated real estate agent that is not only competent in his duties but also has the right information to provide to his or her clients.”
