RE/MAX malta is an established Real Estate Company in Malta. An Opportunity has arisen in one of our offices for the position of:

Office Administrator

The Office Administrator will be responsible to one of our office managers.  The duties will include manning the reception, inputting important data into our software, assisting manager with appointments, organising the office diary and managing the office stationery supply.

The right candidate must be experienced, hold a minimum of a ECDL Certification, (Advanced ECDL would be a plus), be fluent in Maltese, Italian and English, must be outgoing and be able to work on her own initiative.

A generous remuneration packge will be provided to the chosen candidate based on experience and capabilities.
