As part of RE/MAX’s continuous training development, associates from the RE/MAX Lettings department recently attended a half-day Creative Thinking Seminar facilitated by Joseph G. Woods at the Westin Dragonara Resort in St Julian’s.
During the seminar, Mr Woods spoke about the main challenges being faced in the current economic scenario and suggested ways and methods on how to create opportunities by thinking differently. These included the Six Thinking Hats methodology, Direct Attention Thinking Skills, Simplicity and Lateral Thinking, all of which were developed by lateral thinker, Dr Edward Debono.
Edward Agius, Letting Manager for RE/MAX Lettings commented ‘The methods developed and facilitated by Joseph Woods are definitely worth applying. Through the deployment of such methods, I am sure that our team will benefit and will be in a position to think laterally in an effort to define new strategies for the future.”
RE/MAX Malta shall be deploying their ‘Succeed Mentoring Programme’ in the middle of March. “We are fully committed to assisting our associates in building their own businesses within our own business. By providing the right tools and the practices such as those being recommended by Dr Debono and together with our own real estate comprehensive training programmes our associates have the perfect opportunity to be successful,” concluded Jeffrey Buttigieg, Regional Director, RE/MAX Malta.
