RE/MAX Malta are looking to recruit an Administrative secretary to fill in a new role at the Regional Office in St. Julian’s. The person required would have to be a team player, have at least 2 years experience in an administrative role or similar, be computer literate and be competent with Microsoft Office software.
The role will consist of communicating with our eight administrative secretaries on a daily basis, managing the RE/MAX websites, co-ordinating and managing our internal property management database, managing the company’s Facebook page, Blog and other related websites. Adequate training will be provided as well as an above average remuneration.
